Combined with ultra-sensitive luciferase reporters – The brightest and the best Fast and simple - Your experiment, your wayStudy your promoter of interest in your cells of interest at an expression level you want. With LentiGlo™ you get ready to use virus at a high titer (100 million viral particles per ml). No prior lentiviral expertise required, no requirement to package lentiviiral plasmids and titer lentiviral particles. Since many of our luciferase reporters are secreted, you can study gene expression profiles in the same group of living cells without the need for cell lysis. This enables you to save cells for other downstream applications and saves considerable time. Note : LentiGlo™ is a complete system. It provides the ready to use lentivirus, the LentiPlasmid that went into making that virus as well as luciferase assay reagent (1000 assays) for the luciferase reporter expressed by the LentiGlo vector.
