About UsTargeting Systems is a San Diego-based biotechnology company developing proprietary technologies for non-viral gene delivery, endogenous biologic expression, ultrasensitive bioluminescent imaging, accelerated CHO cell-line development, and drug discovery. Targeting Systems was founded in 1996 entirely with support from an NIH SBIR Phase I grant focused on targeted gene delivery. The company maintains a portfolio of life science research reagents, including transfection reagents, improved luciferase reporters, multiplexed luciferase assays for HTS, and LentiGlo™ prepackaged lentiviral reporters for in vivo imaging. Select products have been commercialized through OEM/private-label arrangements with established life science companies. Product information is available at: https://targetingsystems.net/products.php Targeting Systems' technologies are supported by an experienced scientific/advisory team with expertise spanning gene delivery, biologics development, immunology, molecular imaging, and cell-line development. The company also maintains long-standing relationships with specialized CROs and contract manufacturing partners supporting in vivo studies, translational research, and GMP formulation activities. The company's technology portfolio is protected by multiple issued and pending patents spanning gene delivery, biologics development, molecular imaging, reporter systems, and drug discovery technologies. High Throughput Screening :We are the first to have developed single solution-based triple luciferase reporter assays - 3 different secreted luciferases activities in the same sample can be measured with one assay solution by spectral resolution using appropriate filters in the luminometer. Saves screening time, increased assay sensitivity(brighter signal) and compatibility with HTS. Cells remain viable for downstream applications. Lenti-Luciferase Product lines LentiPower™ and LentiGlo™Several issued and pending patents cover our portfolio of unique luciferases and assay reagents.
